Mon + Vi Agency was founded by Nydia, a proud Chicago-born Latina whose passion for addressing Latinx market challenges began with her studies in Latin American culture. With deep roots in the community, Nydia brings lived experience and cultural insight to every campaign, making multicultural marketing the cornerstone of her expertise.

Today’s generation is shaped by pop culture celebrating rich Latinx narratives, like Pixar’s Coco, and by milestones such as Mexico electing its first female president. Representation has never mattered more.
